Mission
Make it easier and enjoyable for you to create and enjoy a thriving salt
water fish, fresh water fish or invertebrate aquarium in your home or
office whether you want to maintain your own aquarium or would like us
to maintain it for you.
Blue Sierra Exotics,
a full line, full service aquatic store, is located in the heart of Issaquah,
just off I-90, minutes from Bellevue, Kirkland, Sammamish and Seattle.
Aquarium hobbyists as far away as Canada and Northern California come
to Blue Sierra Exotics because excellent quality of our livestock and
our trained, experienced staff who can help you create a thriving aquarium
with the right equipment and livestock for your needs and experience level.

History
Our family began enjoying aquariums as hobbyists in the 1960’s and
opened our first pet store in 1972. Upon acquiring Blue Sierra Exotics
in 1995 we began upgrading the aquarium filtration equipment, product
lines, customer service and livestock selection. In 2001 Blue Sierra Exotics
became the largest fish-only store in the Pacific Northwest when we moved
into our current 5,000 square foot location. Customers tell us they appreciate
getting useful advice from our experienced team and the great selection
of salt water and fresh water fish, invertebrates, live rock, equipment
and supplies.
Team
You can count on the Blue Sierra Exotics team to make it easier for you
to create and maintain a thriving aquarium. All Blue
Sierra Exotics employees have at least 10 years of experience as aquarium
hobbyists, receive on-going specialty training and are dedicated to helping
