Both salt water and fresh water fish at Blue Sierra Exotics live in carefully
maintained, healthy environments and are fed premium diets. You can be
confident that the fish you purchase are in excellent condition. Your
tank environment is also a key element in your fish surviving the transition
and acclimation to it's new home.
Fresh Water
Fish – 100% Money Back Guarantee
- Fish $10 and under
are covered by a ten day guarantee.
- Fish over $10 are
covered by a three day guarantee.
Procedure: Bring
the fish body, a separate water sample and receipt to the store
within 10 days of purchase. Zip-top sandwich bags work well for transporting
both the fish body and water sample. If your water tests fine you’ll
receive a 100% refund.
Salt Water
Fish
If your salt water fish is in distress call us for suggestions. Because
salt water fish are delicate and we cannot control the fishes environment
once they leave the store there is not a set guarantee; they are handled
on a case by case basis. A refund or replacement will only be considered
if you call the store manager immediately.
Equipment
& Supplies Guarantee
You’ll find a wide selection of quality equipment and supplies you
can count on. We’ve used and endorse all the equipment and supplies
you see at Blue Sierra Exotics. We confidently stand behind all manufactures
warranties. If a product is not performing as expected please call immediately
so we can quickly resolve the situation.
Returns or exchanges
must have receipt and original packaging. Returns over $100 must be approved
by manager and are subject to a restocking fee.
